First you need to enable the use of views using the views tab on the selected room, and select the object you want the view to follow with Object Following. Now go to Hbor and Vbor and there is the number 32 in both. If the Hbor and Vbor are closer the matching the view Width and Height, the less distance the object will have to travel for the view to move with it.
